These conditions include liver disease, kidney disease, heart rhythm disorder, and history of long QT syndrome. Take the medication exactly as prescribed to you by your doctor and avoid taking the medication in larger amount. You should not take the medication for longer time than recommended to you by your doctor. You should take each dose of the medication with a glass of water. If you are using the oral suspension then open the packet and pour the medicine into two ounces of water. Stir it well and drink at the specific time. Take Zithromax capsules with empty stomach and take it at least one hour before or two hours after the meal.
