These include chest pain, coughing up blood, dizziness, leg, arm or groin pain, severe or sudden headaches, stomach pain, vision or speech problems, weakness or numbness in the arms or legs, and sudden shortness of breath. There are some rare but serious side effects of the medication like breast tissue changes or discharge, changes in vaginal bleeding, increased in blood pressure, vaginal infection, tenderness in the upper abdomen, vomiting, yellowing of the eyes or skin, and increas in the blood sugar.
