The generic name for the Lotrisone is betamethasone and clotrimazole topical. The Lotrisone is an anti fungal antibiotic, which is prescribed to treat anti fungal infections. The betamethasone is a topical steroid, which is used to reduce itching, swelling and redness of the skin. The combination of betamethasone and clotrimazole topical is used to treat ringworm, athlete foot and jock itch.
