Glucotrol
Glucotrol
Glucotrol is in a category of drugs, called sulfonylurea. It is used to help manage blood sugar levels. Doctors usually prescribe Glucotrol for controlling blood sugar levels. One of these medications is known as Glucotrol XL. A study of this medication has exposed that it is possible to have both optimistic and negative effects. Glucotrol is used to treat no insulin-dependent (Type II) diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) along with diet, exercise, and insulin treatment, if necessary. Glucotrol XR is a drug belonging to the class of sulfonylurea and used to treat diabetes 2 and control the amount of sugar in blood. Sulfonylureas are oral drugs, used to treat luxury Type 2 diabetes when a better diet and work out regime have failed to get better high blood sugar level.Glucotrol may also be used for reasons other than those scheduled in this medication steer.
